You can char the chops on the grill first to add extra texture and flavor but not necessary

Melt butter and mix with chives, olive oil, Parm cheese, minced and powdered garlic

Spread chops on baking sheet with elevated rack

Smear tops of chops with 1/2 oil mixture

Bake at 375 for 20 minutes

Flip chops and smear with remaining oil mixture

Baked an additional 20 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145°

Remove from oven and drizzle pan drippings over top of chops
