Steps

Chop and clean all the veggies wash it in clean water.

Boil the veggies. Chop the onions, make ginger garlic paste. Chop the tomatoes

Take a wok heat oil and add the ginger garlic paste, onions and saute well. Then add the tomatoes. Cover and cook for sometime.

When oil separates from the onions add the dry masala and mix well.

Now add the boiled veggies. Add little water as reqd.

For garnish use chopped onions with a mixture of red chilli powder and rock salt

Serve hot with pav roasted in butter with onions and coriander leaves with papad
