Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  1. 250 gmscauliflower
  2. 100 gmsgreen peas
  3. 150 gmscapsicum
  4. 200 gmspotatoes
  5. 150 gmstomatoes
  6. 7-8 clovesgarlic
  7. 1medium size ginger
  8. 200 gmsonions
  9. as neededOil
  10. 1 tspSalt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Pav bhaji masala
  11. as neededChopped onions and coriander leaves for garnish

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop and clean all the veggies wash it in clean water.

  2. 2

    Boil the veggies. Chop the onions, make ginger garlic paste. Chop the tomatoes

  3. 3

    Take a wok heat oil and add the ginger garlic paste, onions and saute well. Then add the tomatoes. Cover and cook for sometime.

  4. 4

    When oil separates from the onions add the dry masala and mix well.

  5. 5

    Now add the boiled veggies. Add little water as reqd.

  6. 6

    For garnish use chopped onions with a mixture of red chilli powder and rock salt

  7. 7

    Serve hot with pav roasted in butter with onions and coriander leaves with papad
