Mix the oil, soya, sweet and chillies sauce together then spice the breast fillet and soak the fillets in that mixture and leave it 30 minutes in the fridge

Then prepare other foods that you will eat.

Then take a pan and drizzle the oil and pan fry the fillets and turn the other side and enjoy it.

Then you healthy breakfast is ready with Avocado, grated Gouda cheese, sliced tomatoes, boiled eggs, chicken breasts cut into strips
