Coconut Milk Mahamri # Breakfast Contest#
For soft, yummy mahamris .....
Steps

In a bowl mix flour, sugar and cardamon.

Heat up the oil then pour in the above mixture and mix well.

Mix the light coconut milk (1/2 cup or less) with the yeast give it a stir and let it sit.

Then mix the yeast to the flour while adding your coconut milk/cream till well combined. Knead for about 10 mins.

Divide into 10 or more balls depending on the size of mahamris you want. Cover, set aside and let it proof.

Roll each ball and cut into four (4) quarters.

Heat up oil in a pan and fry till golden brown.

Serve with a warm drink or pigeon peas/ coconut Beans. Enjoy!
