Place chicken in a zip-lock plastic bag. Combine buttermilk, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, olive oil, dijon mustard, and honey; add to bag. Seal. Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours.

Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, add chicken and cook until chicken reaches 165°F
