  1. 2 cupsFlour
  2. 2 cupsfinely chopped pecans
  3. 1/4 cupsugar
  4. 1 cupbutter soften
  5. 1 tspvanilla extract
  6. Powdered Sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 325°F

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except powdered sugar.

  3. 3

    Beat on low speed until well mixed.

  4. 4

    Shape into 1 inch balls.

  5. 5

    Place on cookie sheets.

  6. 6

    Bake for 18-25 minutes or until very lightly browned.

  7. 7

    Roll in powdered sugar while warm and again once cooled.
