Ingredients

  1. 6 tbspEmeril's Essence
  2. 1/2onion, minced
  3. 5 clovesgarlic
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1 1/2 cupsParmigano
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. 1 1/2 tspcrushed red pepper
  9. 2 cupsheavy cream
  10. 1 tbspblack pepper
  11. 1/2 cupstick butter
  12. 1 packagenoodles

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook noodles according to package

  2. 2

    Season chicken with 3 tbsp essence.

  3. 3

    Heat oil and add onions and saute

  4. 4

    Add red pepper and garlic

  5. 5

    Add cream, milk, remaining essence, black pepper, chili powder and salt.

  6. 6

    Add butter and cheese.

  7. 7

    Mix with noodles and serve
