1/2onion, minced
5 clovesgarlic
1 cupmilk
1/2 tspsalt
1 1/2 cupsParmigano
2 tbspoil
1 1/2 tspcrushed red pepper
2 cupsheavy cream
1 tbspblack pepper
1/2 cupstick butter
1 packagenoodles

Cook noodles according to package

Season chicken with 3 tbsp essence.

Heat oil and add onions and saute

Add red pepper and garlic

Add cream, milk, remaining essence, black pepper, chili powder and salt.

Add butter and cheese.

Mix with noodles and serve
