Rotis: Combine plain whole wheat flour And oil and salt in a deep bowl and Knead in to a soft dough cover the dough with a muslin cloth and keep aside for 10 minutes after 10 minitues knead again for 2 minitues Divided the dough in to 4 equal portions and roll like chapati

Heat a tava and cook each Ritu lightly on both side on a medium flame for 1 minute

STUFFING:-heat the oil a pan add ginger garlic paste and saute on medium flame for 30 second add the mashed potatoes, chilli powder,garam masala, chat masala,green coriander and salt mix it well and saute on medium flame for 2 minitue keep a side

HOW To PROCEED:-place the Roti on tha tava and cook on a medium flame using 1/2 tsp butter for one minute or till both side turn light brown in colour keep a side

Heat 1/2 tsp butter on a tava place 1/4 stuffing and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute

Place the Roti on a clean dry surface place the stuffing on the end of the Roti and with chopped onions and half spoon green chutney and sprinkle chat masala and chopped coriander evenly

Roll it up tightly warp in an aluminum foil /tissue paper

Hot serve with tomato sauce
