Ingredients

  • 4Potato(boil)
  • 2Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspChilli powder
  • 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspCumin(roasted and crushed)
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil
  • 1/2 bowlVermicelli (crushed)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash boil potatoes.

  2. 2

    Take a pan and switch on the gas.Once it is hot,add oil.

  3. 3

    Add onion, ginger garlic paste,salt.

  4. 4

    Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder.Stir it.

  5. 5

    Add mashed potatoes.

  6. 6

    Give it any shape.

  7. 7

    Coat it with Vermicelli.

  8. 8

    Deep fry it.Enjoy hot, crunchy and crispy Vermicelli Aloo chops.
