Peanut Butter French Toast Roll-Ups are rolled up version of classic french toast with a filling of banana and nuts.It's a quick and easy breakfast recipe.

In a mixing bowl,add in chopped banana, chopped almonds and 2 tsp honey.

Mix well and set aside.

Now cut off the crust of each slice of bread.

Roll these bread slices until very flat.

Spread 1/2 tsp peanut butter on each slice.

Top with banana almond filling.

Roll up all the bread slices and set aside.

Now break the eggs in a bowl,add in vanilla essence and cinnamon powder.

Then add in liquid milk and mix well.

Now heat butter in a pan.

Dip each roll in the egg cinnamon mixture.

Now fry each roll ups by turning with tongs until browned all the way around, about 5 minutes each.

When done take them out in and a plate.

Sprinkle powdered sugar over the french toast roll ups.

French Toast Roll-Ups are ready to serve.

Serve with honey and sliced banana.
