18eggs
3 packagespolish sausage
2 cupswhite vinegar
2 cupwater
3 Tpickling spice
1 tspsalt
2 Tcrushed red pepper flakes
6-7 squirtsfranks hot sauce
1 Tcrushed garlic or powder
1 Tdried onion
2 cupscider vinegar

Boil eggs

Take out add sausage till it floats then remove from the water

Take shell off the eggs

Cut sausage into 1 inch pieces

Arrange egg and sausage in layers in a glass jar

Combine all other ingredients in a medium sauce pan
7

Simmer for 5 minutes

Pour over the eggs and sausage
9

Put on lid
10

Let set for 2 weeks
