First boil cabbage leaves in hot water for 8 minutes without lid

Then remove from the oven add to the cool water

Now put oil in the pan add oil small amount in the pan add crushed garlic fry then add carrot capsicum pieces add coriander leaves add cut green chilli add cottage cheese mixed all ingredients add black pepper powder add salt stir fry mix well keep stirring up to oil evaporates from the gravy and gravy totally dried

Keep it aside now take one by one leaves add gravy mould it do wrapped in the same manner

Now add butter and oil in the pan add garlic crushed add red capsicum add tomato pieces mix well add salt mix well add black pepper powder add Kashmiri red chilli powder keep stir now add cabbage wraps in the tomato gravy cover with the lid keep rest for 15 minutes in low flame now tasty cabbage wraps is ready
