Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cupswheat flour
  • 1 tbspoil for kneading
  • to tasteSalt and sugar
  • Lukewarm water for kneading

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the flour in a clean bowl. Add salt, sugar and oil. Mix well

  2. 2

    Start kneading. Knead until it's not sticky. Cover and set aside for 15-30 minutes

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into half punch-size round dough. Roll and apply oil in the middle. Roll it up to round shapes and set aside for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Roll and heat them up in a pan, on each side. Apply oil and heat them up again

    Stack them well and serve with your favorite accompaniments like stew
