  • 2 cupsraisins
  • For the dressing:
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 4 tbspsugar
  • to tastemayo
  • to tastesalt and pepper

    Shred the carrots in a food processor

  2. 2

    Add raisins in bowl

  3. 3

    Mix mayo, milk, sugar, salt and pepper, but add the milk slowly so it doesn't run in bowl and so it doesn't look runny.
