Love cooking!! It is like therapy, my relaxing down time. I have a stressful occupation. I'm allergic, even fatally, to several foods, so going out to eat can be very hazardous and life threatening. So.....I experiment and enjoy cooking at home, my "safe house" where I know there is no possibilities of cross contamination or over sight. Between work and allergies, cooking is my down time that I really enjoy. Hope yall able to find something on here yummy and pleasin!!! til then.....see ya at the table!! :-)
