Make a paste of apple with it's skin...make it a puree..

Make pulp of 1 kg mangoes

Pour the apple puree on a nonstick kadhai.and mango pulp also..

Give it a stir... constantly

Add the sugar at this stage and stir it properly..

Cook over medium flame..

Then add the lemon juice to it and stir it...

Then add the diced mango pieces...and rise the flame

And constantly stir it otherwise it would burn from down..

So u have to stir it vigorously...

When the consistency becomes little thick...give it a stir and turn off the flame..

Again stir it for 10 mins more...

After it becomes little cold....not too cold not too hot at this stage u have to bottle it....

And keep it to cool don't put the lid now because the water droplets would damage the jam...let it cool thoroughly and then cover it..

Our yummy mango jam is ready to eat..spread on bread....and have it...😋😋😋
