Besan chikki
Steps

First shift the besan. Add 5 to 6 big spoon ghee as a mohn. Then add water and make a tight dough.

Now take a pan and add ghee. One side make a equal size round shape ball of besan dough.

Fry them on a low flame till it becomes light brown.

Now crush the besan balls. And shift them. So it becomes chura like a sand.

Now take a pan add ghee. And then add besan chura. Continues stir it. Here add the colour if u want. For 10 to 15 mins on low flame.

On the another side make a chasni. Take pan add sugar and a glass of water. Make a one taar chasni.

Then add the besan mixture in chasni. And mix well for 5 mins.

Take a plate or tray grease it by ghee. Put this besan chikki batter in a tray and tap it.

You can decorate it by different dryfruits. I used almonds. And cut them in a square.

It's traditional and yummy sweet.
