Ingredients

30 minutes
Serves 4 servin
  1. 4eggs
  2. 275 gpork sausage meat
  3. 1 tbspthyme
  4. 1 tspparsley
  5. 1spring onion
  6. 125 gseasoned flour
  7. 2eggs-beaten
  8. 250 gbread crumbs
  9. pinchsalt
  10. 1 Litervegetable oil-deep frying

    Assemble all the required ingredients

    Weigh appropiately

  3. 3

    Place the egg,still in their shells in a pot of water

  4. 4

    Let them boil for approximately 10 minutes

  5. 5

    Drain carefully

  6. 6

    Refresh the eggs through cold running water

  7. 7

    Peel the eggs

  8. 8

    Marinate the sausage meat with thyme,parsley and spring onion

  9. 9

    Season well with a little salt

  10. 10

    Divide the sausage meats

  11. 11

    Flatten each out on a clean surface

  12. 12

    Roll the boiled egg into the seasoned flour

  13. 13

    Wrap the egg with the rolled out sausage meat

  14. 14

    The egg should be coated completely

  15. 15

    Then dip the wrapped egg into beaten egg

  16. 16

    Roll the egg into bread crumbs completely

  17. 17

    Meanwhile,heat the vegetable oil

  18. 18

    Carefully place each scitch egg into the hot oil

  19. 19

    Deep fry for 6-8 minutes

  20. 20

    It should be golden brown and crisp

  21. 21

    Carefully remove and place on a grease proof paper

  22. 22

    Let it drain

    Cut into halves

  24. 24

    Plate and serve as the tea-item

  25. 25
