Take a bowl add besan,ajwani,kasoorimethi,turmeric,redchillipowder,salt,1tbsp oil,&dhania powdermix well &knead by adding Lukewarm water slowly.Till the besan becomes cohesive.

Now makes cylinder of this besan long cylindrical shaped.

Boil water in a vessel,add a pinch of turmeric pour cylinders in these...and let it boil, don't discard water.This water would b.. used for the gravy.

Once u see small granules on the surface of the garage cylinders.take them out one by one.cut them into roundeds.dip fry the gatte. Keep it aside.

Heat a pan add oil add jeera,mustardseeds,bayleaf,redchilli,cinanmon&clove.crackle for a mint.than add onion,garlic,ginger paste,mix well it cooked till oil leave the edge.

Add dhania powder,redchillipowder,turmericpowder,&garammasalapowder,redchillipowder, mix well,add tomato puree & nicely cooked.

Add 2 tbsp curd & nicely cooked.

Than add the leftoverboiling water of gatte.Add batter&salt.cook it 5 mints.

Garnishing with corrienderleaves serve it with rice roti or paratha,puri.
