It's my mom recipe, it's very testy with Paratha, daal roti, puri. We can store 3 ,4 days in the frize..

Take a besan in the mixing bowl add all spicy mix well. Add curd and mix well..stuffed masala is ready Keep a side.

Wash green chilies and cut from Center, remove the seeds. Fill above stuffing chillies.

Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds.now cook chilli on the low flame. Cover lead for 2-3 min.. Turn off flame.. Transfer theam into dish..

Serve with paratha, puri, daal roti..
