Ingredients

  1. 5-6Green chillis
  2. 2 spoonGram flour
  3. 1 spooncurd
  4. 1/2 table spoonred chilli powder
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1/2 table spoonCoriander powder
  7. 1/2 table spoonTurmeric powder
  8. 1 spoonAmchur powder
  9. 1 table spoonfennel powder
  10. 1/2 table spoonMustard seeds
  11. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a besan in the mixing bowl add all spicy mix well. Add curd and mix well..stuffed masala is ready Keep a side.

  2. 2

    Wash green chilies and cut from Center, remove the seeds. Fill above stuffing chillies.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds.now cook chilli on the low flame. Cover lead for 2-3 min.. Turn off flame.. Transfer theam into dish..

  4. 4

    Serve with paratha, puri, daal roti..
