In a kadahi heat ghee. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and broken whole red chilli and then add sooji.Roast sooji on medium flame. When done add chopped carrots and green peas and roasted peanuts. Mix well and roast again for 1 or 2 minutes. Add 1 and 1/2 cup water and salt to taste. Stir, cover with lid and cook. Sooji will absorb the water and veggies will be cooked in about 3 minutes or so. Check and add lemon juice and is again.

Transfer to serving plate and pour a spoonful of ghee and some coriander leaves and enjoy yummy healthy upma.
