Ingredients

  • 3_4 boiled and grated potates
  • 200 gmspeas boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 bunchblanched palak
  • 1 tbspchat masala
  • 2 tbspcornflour
  • 2 tbspbesan
  • 2 tbspginger and green chilli paste
  • 2tbspCoriander
  • 2 tspSalt as per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly Squeeze out excess water from spinach and chop finely.

  2. 2

    Now mix all the above ings.

  3. 3

    Divide the mixture into 15_20 balls equally.

  4. 4

    Flaten them between ur palm to give the shape of kebabs.

  5. 5

    Keep them in fridge for an hour.

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with green chutney.
