First we boil milk in big pan.

Sticks the Malai/cream over the sides of the pan.

When it becomes 3-4,then we add sugar and all ingredients in it.

When it becomes cooler than add all the Malai/cream in it..

Then freeze it for the hour. Than it is ready to serve.
