#Family. Being a North Kannadiga jowar roti is our staple food. Baingan is my favourite vegetable. I like Baingan( brinjal) in any form.So it's must in our get together,and whenever I visit my mom's place she ensure to Cook jowar roti along with Brinjal sabzi.

Dry roast groundnuts and remove the cover

In a jar take coconut, cummin seeds, groundnuts ginger garlic paste and make a fine paste.

Take brinjal and make 4 cuts.keep it in salt water

Transfer the grounded masala in the bowl add all the dry masalas and salt to taste

Fill this masala in brinjal keep aside.

In a kadai add oil, splutter cummin curry leaves

Add onion and cook till light golden colour
- 8
Now keep stuffed brinjal cover the lid

After seconds turn on other side, now add the remaining masala, add little water and cookon medium heat

Check the consistency and whether the brinjal are cooked or not.

Finally add coriander leaves and switch off the gas.
