In a bowl put besan,soda, curd,sounf,salt,rub it 2 miniute.

Add chilli powder, turrmric powder,1/2 tsp.

Add oil 2 tsp,rub it.add some water & knead it.make tight dough from this.make medium balls from it.

Put it.in the fist & tight it.make all fists.keep it a side.

In a pan boil 1glass of water,put 1 tsp salt & 2drops of oil.let it boil.put all prepared fist in it.

Let it boil till all fists floats upside.

Remove it from the gas.take out all fists from the water.keep water aside.don't throw it.

Shallow fry all fists.

Now make gravy.

In a heat pan add oil.put cumin seeds, crackle it. chopped onion, sautey it.

Add ginger, garlic paste fry it.add chilli,turmeric, coriander powder. Sprinkle some water so that spices do not burn.

Use the leftover water to make the gravy.let it boil.add all fist in it.let it cook.10 minutes.

Add salt, pomegranate powder,dry fruits powder,green cardamom,garam masala.

Remove it from the gas.

Temper it from ghee & garlic.

Garnish it green coriander, fried onion, & ginger julion.

Serve it hot with plain rice.
