Mix besan, sugar and baking powder nicely.

Now slowly add ghee and make dough.

Take small quantity from this dough and make round shape like balls.

Sprinkle almonds and cardamom powder on them and press a bit.

Now take a greased plate and keep these balls on it at a distance.

Meanwhile take a kadhai. Heat on low flame. Cover it. When it is hot keep a stand and put the plate with Nankhatai on it.

Cover and bake for 25 min on low flame. Switch off gas.

Let them cool down. After cooling take out and store in an airtight container.😊
