  • 150 gmbesan
  • 1 bunchspinach (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspAjwain
  • 1 tbspginger+garlic+green chilli paste
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1 pinchbaking soda
  • Salt to taste
  • as requiredWater
  • Oil (for frying)

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Take a bowl, add besan, add all the dry spices mentioned above.

  2. 2

    Add spinach & mix it well & rest 5 min

  3. 3

    After 5 min add baking soda mix it & make a fitters

  4. 4

    Dip fry spinach fitters serve tomato ketchup & green chutney & tea
