1 bunchspinach (finely chopped)
1/4 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspAjwain
1 tbspginger+garlic+green chilli paste
1 tspred chilli powder
1 pinchhing
1 pinchbaking soda
Salt to taste
as requiredWater
Oil (for frying)

Take a bowl, add besan, add all the dry spices mentioned above.

Add spinach & mix it well & rest 5 min

After 5 min add baking soda mix it & make a fitters

Dip fry spinach fitters serve tomato ketchup & green chutney & tea
