  1. 250 gbaby portabella mushrooms
  2. 6chopped garlic cloves
  3. 1 tbspolive oil
  4. 3 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  5. 1 tspground black peppercorn
  6. (Optional) handful baby spinach

  1. 1

    Simple as tossing all in the pan and cooking on a medium heat.

    (Optional) when mushrooms are cooked toss in some baby spinach and stir until wilted.

I love to cook but hate to do dishes. Ideal recipes taste delicious, are cooked in one pan and in less than 30 minutes. Although the occassional lengthy recipes for a weekend are lovely too.
