Ingredients

1 portion
  • I portion Chargrilled Chicken
  • 1/2Red Sweet Pepper
  • 1/2Green Sweet Pepper
  • 1/2Yellow Sweet Pepper
  • 4medium Radish
  • 4large Chestnut Mushroom
  • Handfulcherry Tomatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice and dice Chicken

  2. 2

    Slice, de seed Peppers, cut into strips

  3. 3

    Wash radishes, remove tops and tails, then slice thinly.

  4. 4

    Wipe the mushrooms then slice thinly.

  5. 5

    Combine all ingredients, add Tomatoes and add dressing if required. Eat and enjoy! Please add a pic if you try this!!
