Pumpkin chapati
They are easy to cook and pumpkin is also healthy.
Steps

Cook and mash the pumpkin.

Add all the ingredients and mix together with the pumpkin till soft.

Cover and leave the dough to rest for 15minutes.
- 4
Roll the dough in a rectangle shape and brush with oil.
- 5
Cut long pieces of the dough and make coiled balls.
- 6
Roll out the ball into circular shape and cook without oil and cook other side.
- 7
Add oil and cook for few minutes.
- 8
Serve with an accompaniment like beef stew..
