Beef Meatloaf

Your imagination is the limit in the kitchen. I provide the basic ingredients, but you can add raisins, chopped tomatoes, and more.
Beef Meatloaf
Your imagination is the limit in the kitchen. I provide the basic ingredients, but you can add raisins, chopped tomatoes, and more.
Steps
- 1
For the seasoning, mix ketchup, Maggi seasoning, soy sauce, chicken bouillon, and tomato puree. Combine well and set aside.
- 2
In a suitable space, combine your ground beef, chopped bacon with chopped carrots, and chopped pepper. I added almond flakes that I had. You can add chopped celery, finely chopped potatoes, olives, corn—basically, get creative with leftovers from the fridge.
- 3
Then add the eggs and breadcrumbs or ground oatmeal. I buy regular oatmeal and blend it dry in the blender, then store it to use instead of breadcrumbs. Combine everything with the seasoning. I finely chop the bacon, and the photo shows almond flakes as they are sold.
- 4
Grease a mold with butter and pour in all the combined meat with its ingredients.
- 5
Leave some bacon strips for decoration. Place in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for an hour covered, then uncover for 10 minutes to brown.
- 6
I use a mold called 'milagro' and a very practical flan mold.
- 7
I also cook it for an hour in the 'milagro' mold on the stove, then uncover it. It turns out delicious.
