Take a mixing bowl.

Add besan, salt, ajwaiin, red chilli powder, soda and hing in it.

Mix it by adding water to it.

See the consistency and water.

Mix the batter very well and see the consistency of it.

If it's thick then add more water to it.

Batter should not be in runny form.

Now pour the oil on the tawa and heat it.

Take one scoop of the batter and drop it in the oil one by one.

You can drop it with hands also.

The pakodi will starts doubling.

Flip it with the help of fork or knife.

When it turn out little brown from both the sides then transfer it to the plate.

Serve it with chutney.
