Take a pan add lassi and besan both and blend it with blender add salt 1 table spoon and turmeric powder and kali mirch boil it for 20-25 minutes on low flame

Than take a pan put 2 table spoon oil in it add jeera,hing w8 for 3-4 seconds than add paste of ginger and garlic mix it well tha add onion w8 for become golden than add potato w8 for 10.min mix it well add salt / red chilli powder/ garam masala tadka is ready add in mixture of lassi and besan boil it on low flame after 15 minutes kadi is ready to eatt..
