Bread pakora

#besan recipe with potato filling. All time favourite evening snack

Peel boiled potatoes. Take a bowl add potatoes and mash them properly and add half chopped onions, 1 chopped green chilli, 1/4th teaspoon red chilli powder, salt 1 teaspoon, ajwain 1/4 teaspoon, 1 teaspoon chat masala, cumin seed powder, coriander leaves 1 tablespoon and mix them aal well.

Now take an another bowl and mix all ingredients left except bread and oil. Add water to make a thick batter.

Fill the bread pieces with the filling material we already prepared.

Heat oil and dip these filled bread pieces in besan batter and fry in hot oil till golden brown.

Cut from centre and serve with tomato sauce.
