Heat pan put whole garam masala make shallow fry. transfer to mixer jar make fine powder

With this same pan put for masala gravy ingridient.add all keep shallow fry as it turns colour.transfer to mixer jar make fine paste

Heat the cadai put butter add onion paste statue paste..then add Ginger garlic paste cook raw ness left

Add brinjol fri until gets soft..then add masala paste keep statue for 5 min

Then add hole garam masala powder on to curry close lid for few mints

Brinjal binds to the flavour..it forms nice texture..finally coriander..turn off
