  • 375 gflour
  • 375 gbutter
  • 375 gcaster sugar
  • 8 pcseggs
  • 18 gbaking powder

Steps

    Cream the sugar and butter until white,soft n fluffy

  2. 2

    Gradually add the beaten eggs

  3. 3

    Lightly fold in the sieved flour and baking powder

  4. 4

    Bake at a temp.of 190-200 in an oven
