
Black Chane, poori and boondi Raita

For raita.add curd in a mixing bowl and mix it well.

Add boondi,bhuna jeera powder,hing,chat masala and salt and mix it well.

Soaked chane overnight.and boiled the chane.

Heat oil in a kadhai add hing,carom seeds and chopped ginger and saute it.

Now add spices and roast it.
- 6
Add boiled chane and mix well.cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes.

Serve with poori and boondi raita.
