Ingredients

  • 1 bowlsoaked rice
  • 2potatoes
  • 2onions
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • To tastesalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cut the onion and potatoes

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a cooker add onion and saute it

  3. 3

    Now add chopped tomatoes and spices and saute it

  4. 4

    Add soaked rice and potatoes and water

  5. 5

    Take one whistle. Remove the lid and add garam madala

  6. 6

    Serve hot
