2 cup sugar and 1cup water ki ek taar ki casni Bana lein

Ek bowl mein 1/4 cup ghee mein ice cube daal kar Creame hone tak fate lein.

Ab ice cube nikal dein

1/4 cup milk add Karein an thoda -thoda maids or 4 cup paani dalte hue patla batter bana lein

Lemon juice add Karein. Ek kahadi mein ghee garam hone dein

Usme ghevar stand dalein Stand mein thoda -thoda batter dalein.

Tez gas per sake le knife ki help se Nekal lein

Ghee drain hone dein.

Uper se chasni dalein
- 10
Khoye ko bhoon lein 2 spoon milk or 1 spoon sugar add Karein.
- 11
Ghevar per legaye chopped dry fruit dalein.
