In bowl, mix all ingredients except vegetables and oil and make batter of it. Batter should not be too thin or too thick.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan.

Dip cut potato, brinjal and green chillies in batter and deep fry it till it becomes golden brown in colour.

Your fritters are ready to serve.
