Steps

First take a poha and soak in water

Then drain the water in poha and mash it

Now take a bowl add besan, suji, sugar, mashed poha, turmeric powder& small pieces onion. Mix it well

Add warm water to the mixture. Make sure that to batter should be medium thickness

Take a steamer add water& keep it to the boil for 1min

Add lemon juice, oil and salt to the batter&mix it well. Let the batter rest for 10 min

After that add eno to the batter&mix it clock wise

Take agreased bowl pour the batter immediately into the bowl. After that adding eno keep the batter bowl inside the steamer

Steam it for 20/min

For the tempering

Take a tadka pan pour oil& add hung, mustard seed, curry leaves, green chillies and sugar once it done add coriander leaves

Now the dhoka are done pour the tafks over them

Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
