Spinach Dhokla Sandwich

This is my own innovation of Dhokla with healthy ingredients
Steps

Wash spinach and grind it to make a smooth paste

Now mix this paste, rava Ginger chilli paste, lemon,salt and little bit of sugar in the Besan.The batter consistency should not be thicker

Rest this mixture for 20 minutes

Place a big vessel or karahi on the flame and put some water in it

Now take a thali and grease it well.

Now take the batter and mix 2 tsp eno salt in it
- 7
Spread this mixture in the thali evenly and place it in the vessel,cover it for 10 minutes

With the help of knife check your Dhokla is ready or not

When cooked properly remove this from the vessel and cut into 2 halves.

In a bowl mix corn, cucumber, carrot,cabbage, tomato sauce and mayonnaise along with salt and pepper

Spread this vegetable mixture on the Dhokla and place the other cut Dhokla on it

Heat up the oil in the pan crackle mustard seeds, and sesame seeds along with splitted green chillies then add sugar water and some lemon juice in it.

Now cut the pieces into triangular shape and decorate with grated coconut and coriander leaves
