Take Semolina in bowl mix curd, 1 spoon oil, salt, 1 spoon sugar, and make a thick batter by adding little water. Let it rest for 10 mints

Now add Eno and quickly steam in idli mold for 15 mints

Now idlis are ready to fry

Take a spoon of oil in a vassal, add Mustard, curry leaves, slit green chillies, chopped onion, carrot, Capsicum sugar, salt, lemon, soya sauce and fry for a minute.

Now add Idlis and saute for 5 mints.

Fusion Chinese Idli are ready to serve before the family.
