Mix other ingredients except papad in a bowl

Keep the batter little watery

Heat 1 spoon oil in a wok and add cumin seeds

Pour batter in wok and cook for 5 minutes

Add mangodi and cover with a lid

Cook until mangodi soften

Break papad in small pieces and add in cooked mangodi
