Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 cupmangodi
  2. 1moong papad
  3. 2 spoongram flour
  4. Water as per required
  5. 3/4 spoonsalt
  6. 1/8 spooncumin seeds
  7. 2 spoonoil
  8. 1/4 spoonturmeric powder
  9. 3/4 spooncoriander powder
  10. 1/4 spoonred chilli powder
  11. 1/2 spoongaram masala
  12. 1/4 spoondry mango powder

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat 1 spoon oil in a wok

  2. 2

    Roast mangodi until golden brown

  3. 3

    Take out mangodi in a plate

  4. 4

    Mix other ingredients except papad in a bowl

  5. 5

    Keep the batter little watery

  6. 6

    Heat 1 spoon oil in a wok and add cumin seeds

  7. 7

    Pour batter in wok and cook for 5 minutes

  8. 8

    Add mangodi and cover with a lid

  9. 9

    Cook until mangodi soften

  10. 10

    Break papad in small pieces and add in cooked mangodi

  11. 11

    Serve with roti
