Ingredients

  • 2 tbspbesan
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1 tbspgreen chillies ginger and garlic paste
  • 1/4 tspmustard
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • 5-6curry leaves
  • 1/4 tbspturmeric Powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1small bunch spring onion
  • leavesLittle coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop onion, and tomato

  2. 2

    In a kadai heat heat oil splutter mustard,cummin and curry leaves

  3. 3

    Now add onion cook till turns pink

    Add ginger garlic green chilli paste and tomato

  5. 5

    Add salt and chopped spring onion let it cook for seconds

    In a bowl take 2tbs besan add little turmeric and make a batter

    Now slowly add this batter to the kadai and stir

    Cook well on low flame

    Finally add coriander leaves and switch off the gas.
