Spring Onion Zunka with jowar bhakri

Chop onion, and tomato

In a kadai heat heat oil splutter mustard,cummin and curry leaves

Now add onion cook till turns pink

Add ginger garlic green chilli paste and tomato
- 5
Add salt and chopped spring onion let it cook for seconds
- 6
In a bowl take 2tbs besan add little turmeric and make a batter
- 7
Now slowly add this batter to the kadai and stir

Cook well on low flame
- 9
Finally add coriander leaves and switch off the gas.
