Steps

Put milk on low flame, after 2 mins add lemon juice to it.

It will take 5 minutes for curdling of milk. Once it is done filter the curdle with the help of thin cloth.

Make sure that the water is fully drained from it.

Now knee it until it become smooth. Now make small balls from it.

For sugar syrup add sugar and water in another pan mix them and now add the above balls to it and let them boil in the sugar syrup for 10 mins. Rasgullas are ready.

Let them cool and now they are ready to serve.
