Steps

Take besan in a mixing bowl.

Add all the dry ingredients.

Mix it while adding water in it.

Make a dough.

Now make balls of the dough.

Take one ball give the shape of the roll neither thick nor thin.

Make rolls of rest of the balls.

Now boil water and when it starts getting boil to the maximum then drop one by one all the besan rolls into it.

Stirr once in a mean while.

Now when the rolls starts floating up in the water it means they are getting cooked.

After 10 mins take out all the rolls or gatte on the plate.

Let them cool for five to 10 mins.

In the mean while take a kadai and add oil in it for deep frying.

When gatte cools down then cut them into half inch pieces.

Now when the oil is heated drop the gatte into the oil and deep fry them.

Remove them from oil on the absorbent paper.

Our crunchy Besani Gatte is ready to crunch.
