Heat some oil in a sufuria and add your washed rice then stir and cover for seconds. Add the hot water and salt, stir and cook till ready

Fry onions then add the cabbage and cook for 2 minutes, turn,add your tomatoes and salt and cover for 3 mins stir and serve

Served with avocado
