Leftover Rice cutlets
Steps

Take a bowl put leftover rice in it, add chopped onion,mashed potatoes, chillies & all dry masale.

Mix well then add besan in it & salt & corrainder leaves too.

Bread crumbs is optional if you want to add.

All ingredients mix well & make dough.

Put oil in your hands & make tikkis or u want some other shapes.

Heat the pan put oil in it, cutlets are ready for deep frying orelse shallow frying.

Cutlets are ready so serve hot with Chutney & sauce.
